Ocean Research Conservation Association Ireland (ORCAIreland) are hosting a fun online event for all wildlife enthusiasts to chat to other like-minded individuals from Ireland and across the globe and you are invited!
ORCAIreland are a group of marine researchers who aim to spread public awareness about the conservation of marine megafauna in Irish waters through citizen science. This event is for all wildlife enthusiasts over the age of 18, and takes place on Saturday the 13th of February 2021 at 7pm on Microsoft Teams.
Similar to speed dating, guests at this virtual event will have a short period of time to talk to randomly assigned guests, where they can ask questions and share their wildlife interests. Human connection is more important than ever at the moment, so we bring you a unique opportunity to network, make new friends and who knows… you may even find the love of your life! All you need to do to be able to join is a computer with a webcam or a camera smartphone with a decent internet connection and you’re ready to go!
Tickets are available from eventbrite here, with a recommended donation of €5.
