Hooked! Killybegs returns this weekend for its third year of celebrating seafood, traditional seafaring and maritime heritage of this premiere Donegal fishing port.
The festival will take place this Saturday 2nd September at the LYIT School of Tourism and features a number of stalls, exhibitions and demonstrations showcasing the best of local seafood.
The festival will be even bigger this week with the new addition of a dedicated Seafood village. Inside there will be plenty of opportunities to sample some of the best seafood. There will be a number of exciting cooking competitions as top chefs square off to claim the title. And you can learn a few expert tips on how to cook up amazing seafood feasts at home at a number of cooking demos.
Throughout the day there will also be lots of entertainment, face-painting, live music, a magic show, kids cinema and so much more.
