Dublin Bay Biosphere – Marine Life and Culture | Lecture in Dalkey Castle

As part of the Bullock Harbour Bicentenary Lectures series a talk on Dublin Bay UNESCO Biosphere – Marine Life and Culture will take place tomorrow evening, Tuesday 9th April, at 8pm in Dalkey Castle & Heritage Centre.

The talk is organised by Bullock Harbour Preservation Association and Dublin Port Company and all are welcome, no need to book!

The lecture about the Dublin Bay Biosphere will feature a panel discussion on the environment of the bay, present and future, covering biodiversity and the conservation of the marine and bird life.

Speakers will include Ann Murray, DLRCC Biodiversity Officer and Dublin Bay Biosphere Partnership, Richard Nairn, Birdwatch Ireland and Director, Dublin Port Tern Project and Professor John Brannigan, UCD, on Cultural Value of Coastal Environments.

This is sure to be a very interesting evening and definitely one not to miss!
