This Saturday rowing, kayak and canoe clubs will take to the Liffey to endure a gruelling 10 hour row/paddle for a very good cause.

The All In A Row 500km charity row will raise money for both the RNLI and the Irish Underwater Search and Recovery Unit, two worthy and vital services. This is the second year of the race and it was first established by the rowing community along the east coast last year in an effort to raise much needed funds for local charities.
All In A Row takes place this Saturday 9th December at 8am – 3:30pm starting from St. Patrick’s Rowing Club based at the Tom Clarke bridge (formerly East Link Bridge) to Heuston Station Bridge and to the Grattan Bridge during high tide. During low tide it can be viewed along the banks of the Liffey.
So head down to the Liffey this Saturday to cheer on these excellent clubs, and if you can’t make it but would like to donate to these great causes you can do so on their website.
