Nursed to health at Oceanworld, turtles returned to sea by Naval service

Two loggerhead turtles that had washed up on Irish shores during last winter’s storms were released back into the sea by the Irish Naval Service. The crew of  LÉ Róisín, en route to the Mediterranean, released the turtles that had been nursed back to health by Una Mullin, Kevin Flannery and the staff at Ocean World in Dingle.

All reports are that Una and Tallula are now very much enjoying the waters off the western coast of Gibraltar.
