The Fenit RNLI are seeking new members to join their ranks. The 24 hour rescue service requires a deep commitment but if you are up for the challenge the station will be holding an open day on 26th March.

No experience is necessary and all training will be provided. They are looking for men and women over the age of 17 (with parental permission) who live in close proximity to the station, around 10 minutes away. For more information of what is required of members check out this link.

If you’d be interested in becoming a coastal hero make sure you along to the open day or in the meantime any questions can be answered by contacting the lifeboat operations manager Gerard O’Donnellon on 087 256 9772.
